This is Skorta.
He is a Dalek I met on one of my many travels with the Doctor !
I once drew him as a tiny little Dalek in a comic, but never really drew him as.. well, him.
I have a bit of figured out, where the Doctor and I get separated in a facility on a far off planet. So I have to fend for myself, and I guess the species was a collector of unique finds, including other species. So, humans, Time Lords, Daleks .. we found each other, his defenses disabled so he was considered just a model piece, set on display forever. I thought it cruel, and never came across Daleks before then, so decided to free him. And we escaped together, much to the Doctor's dismay at the Dalek, I told him I saved him and he never harmed me, even after getting his defenses up and running.
Our meetings are scattered across time and space now, helping each other, using one another's names to get ourselves out of a bind. It's a little dumb, I guess.. but I like it. He's the reason I don't feel scared when I see the Daleks, cause my first encounter wasn't bad. Not that every single one after that wasn't bad, but I'm not scared.
